Vantera Asset Management Group (VAMG), A Vantera Holding Corporation company, is being developed to be a renown professional company of wealth managers who expertly manage certain investment opportunities for their high net worth clients or individuals. Wealth managers would carefully study assets for planning and investment oversight to provide well considered recommendations to each client – based on the financial health of each client as well as various environmental, societal and economic indicators and conditions. VAMG also specializes in raising capital for sophisticated and well managed startups or companies with sound revenue generation and strong value potential. Our company clients engage us to advise and manage their assets and to bring in equity investors. Most of our company clients have plans to take their company public with an initial public offering (IPO).

Each asset manager goes beyond guidance and advice by taking discretionary authority over a portfolio and managing funds on behalf of his/her client for a fee. Each manager whose primary business is managing money for a fee is registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Advisor.

Marchean Crenshaw, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President of Vantera Asset Management Group, is a Private Finance Manager, beginning his wealth of financial knowledge at Dillard University in New Orleans, with a focus in Business. He quickly became an expert in his field as he joined the Chase Bank team, where he dominated amongst his colleagues to become the leading Private Client Relationship Manager in his region for the past 8 years.

Marchean has continuously been recognized for his incredible ability to develop personalized investment strategies and guiding clients to achieving their financial goals. Marchean’s dedication and passion for financial literacy led him to earn his license with FINRA by attaining Series 6, Series 63 and Series 7 Security Licenses. He also earned his Life and Health Insurance License within his first year at JP Morgan Chase, making him a strong leader in his field.

Mr. Crenshaw is efficient, trustworthy and pays great attention to details. These attributes have allowed him to build a solid, diverse portfolio of clients that is growing at a rate of 6.2% per quarter. Currently, Marchean manages more than $2.3 billion, for over 350 clients that have entrusted him to improve the quality of their financial future.
